Hello and nice to meet you! My name is Jessica Carello (but my maiden name & name on my license is still Cote). I am a licensed mental health clinician in Massachusetts with approximately 6 years of experience working as a dual diagnosis clinician and then program manager. I received my Masters in Counseling as well as a Certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, IL. Since then, I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, career challenges, anger management, and relational/familial conflicts.

My counseling style is a combination of cognitive behavioral, person centered, and solution focused. I also utilize mindfulness techniques as well as nutritional options as part of the treatment planning process in order to aid you in meeting your personal and specific needs.

My intent as a therapist is to work with you to bridge the gap between you and your current stressors so that you are able to continue to strive in life, and make realistic changes that will last. I am here to guide and empower you on the journey, and I look forward to working with you!
