I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Illinois with a history of behavioral health treatment in the hospital and health care industry. I have over seven years of experience as a psychotherapist working with various individuals, children, families, and couples from different backgrounds with presenting issues ranging from depression, anxiety, domestic violence, substance use, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I like to draw from various therapeutic models to meet best the needs of the individual I am working with. These include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and expressive modalities to integrate body & mind.
