I bring over ten years of clinical counseling experience focused on depression, anxiety, end-of-life, grief therapy, substance abuse, self-harming thoughts and attempts, and trauma therapy. I am a seasoned in case management and navigating medical crises in the hospital environment. I enjoy helping my patients and families navigate end-of-life care planning. I am trained in using CBT and Guided Imagery to assist my patients with navigating a multitude of treatment needs. I am also certified in providing sexual assault survivor group counseling. I love helping my patients see that they do have a purpose in this life and a reason to live it with zeal and happiness. I love seeing my clients learn techniques that they can independently utilize to continue to help themselves outside of the one-on-one time we have together. I find joy in seeing you succeed in your goals.
