Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Boca Raton, FL. I obtained my Master’s in Behavioral Sciences/Forensics as well as a Master’s in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I currently have over 7 years’ experience working with teens and adults, as well as couples, struggling with a vast array of mental health and emotional/behavioral issues such as: anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, ADHD, relationship issues, major life changes, self-esteem issues, etc. I received my master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional certification and have immense experience working with individuals struggling with substance use dependence. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy being two of my favorite therapeutic modalities to utilize, I encourages my clients to apply their creativity in a less directive-based therapeutic approach as other modalities, allowing my clients to be entirely involved in their healing process. I aim at helping my clients identify how past experiences can lead to present difficulties with their thinking and behavior. To say I have a passion for helping is an understatement and I am dedicated to contributing to your healing!
