About

I am an independent mental health counselor licensed by the state of Massachusetts. I take great pride in the ability to tailor your counseling services based on your individual needs and abilities.

I have worked with children, teens/adolescents, adults and families in many capacities over the past 15 years (7 years post master's). Such capacities include: Outreach services with at risk youth, addiction treatment, victims of domestic violence, domestic violence offenders, criminal offenders during and post incarceration and families & individuals in turmoil. I am currently working with individuals/couples 18+.
I specialize in individual and group therapy for the treatment of addictions/recovery, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues and adjustment disorders.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual, couple and or family needs, abilities and goals. You will be very involved in the treatment planning process, as this is YOUR treatment! I believe that when people are involved in the treatment planning process they gain a greater understanding of how and why it works. I have found, that having this understanding increases the desire to engage in the therapeutic process and makes your time spent in therapy more productive.

My approach is designed to provide you with an authentic therapeutic experience that will allow you to set and reach your personal, professional and familial goals. To do this, we will tap into your strengths, identify your deficits, build your skills and assist and guide you to reaching your highest authentic self.
