My sessions are loosely structured, focusing on the client as the expert of their experience. We develop insight into their personal goals and work to navigate what tools and steps may work for them through trial and error at their own pace. I always maintain unconditional positive regard for my clients and work to support them and coordinate their care in any way that I professionally can. Respect and care are always thoughtfully maintained as a standard in my therapy practice. My overall main focus with clients combines experiential and postmodernist-based family therapies and emotionally focused couples therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.
