Hello! I am a social worker that has worked for the the VA in Ohio for four years as a crisis counselor. I have also worked at a domestic violence shelter and drug rehab while going to school. I have my masters in social work. I have helped many individuals with a wide range of problems such as suicidal ideations, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, abuse, women's issues, caregiver burnout, and substance addictions.

My therapy style is client-focused. I will always view you as the expert in your own experience, i am here to guide you towards your goals in treatment. I work in a non-judgmental and personable fashion. I have knowledge of different evidence based therapies and will combine them in our treatment. I will always treat you with respect, compassion, and empathy. I believe that developing therapeutic alliance is the most important part of therapy.

It's scary to take a new journey in treatment but I am here to walk beside you and provide support. Looking forward to (virtually) meet you!
