I am a licensed clinical social work. I have been a therapist in Texas for 5 years. I am EMDR trained and experienced in working with trauma and attachment issues. I am skilled in working with parents and helping them to better understand their children with complex needs. I educate families and individuals on diagnosis like ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, and Reactive Attachment Disorder. I love enlightening individuals and families to help them live in harmony with themselves and others.

My counseling style is interactive, compassionate, and direct. I believe in being clear and concrete with individuals while meeting them where they are in the process. I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship and use many cognitive-behavioral tactics in my approach
