About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Kailua, O’ahu in Hawai’i, with over six years of experience working with people experiencing crisis, trauma, family conflicts, domestic violence, PTSD and depression. I also have experience with grief, loss, substance abuse, parenting struggles, depression and anxiety.

My work experiences have allowed me to strengthen my abilities in systems theory, trauma informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and family focused therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect and most importantly meeting the client where they are at. My approach is strength based and person centered. Together we will work to develop goals to support your individual needs and move towards change.
