I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have over 12 years of experience in providing in-person and teletherapy services to individuals, couples and families. I specialize in helping clients manage issues with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and relationship issues--including exploring BDSM/Kink. I use an eclectic approach rooted firmly in three fundamental values--Safety, Respect, and Empathy. I draw from many approaches including acceptance and commitment, trauma informed , mindfulness, CBT, narrative, and others.
