My core value is compassion, which means that when we are hurt we must find ways to stay in the moment, to not leave ourselves. Compassion for ourselves leads to strength and confidence that is needed to heal. I model comedic empathy for our shared human condition and the sometimes too serious processes in our lives . I bring a wealth of information and expertise to help identify and successfully address the problems that come with divorce, relationships, grief and loss, marital infidelity, parenting, co-parenting, blended families, communication with your partner, and generally feeling overwhelmed and hopeless.
