Hello! You have already taken a courageous step in addressing your concerns. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 38 years of experience. I strive to meet clients respectfully without judgement where they are in the moment and allow clients the opportunity to choose their path. I have been working with clients electronically for some time and am adaptable to your communication preferences.

Depending on your circumstances and specific needs, I utilize a number of therapeutic tools including: Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have special interest in working with people dealing with life transitions, health issue and chronic pain management, PTSD and other trauma-related difficulty, depression, anxiety, and substance use problems.
