Everyone is an ideal client; everyone needs support, understanding of their feelings, the need to be heard, and help to process their thoughts.Everyone is an ideal client; everyone needs support, understanding of their feelings, the need to be heard, and help to process their thoughts. I utilize the following modalities: Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in conjunction with Motivational Interviewing techniques, and Solution Focused Therapy. I find these modalities beneficial when treating clients suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, and more. The client is the expert. I offer a safe place to explore vulnerable and uncomfortable thoughts so that we can find ways to break negative patterns together. My clients are looking to grow in strength and internal coping skills to help them overcome identified dysfunctions in thinking and behaving.
