We are who we are by virtue of the road we’ve walked to this moment. So it is that while we walk this path, life can feel difficult and overwhelming. The experiences we carry along with this journey shape who we are and how we try to overcome the obstacles that life has placed along the way. As a therapist, I take pride in helping those who feel overwhelmed by their struggles. To help, to listen, I am here to help you remember that you are not alone. I use an integrative therapeutic approach to help individuals gain insight into negative thoughts and challenging emotional/behavioral patterns that often sidetrack people from what they want their lives “to be about.” While developing the therapeutic relationship, I like to nurture the strengths that are already present within those he helps. I am passionate about reducing suffering and enhancing my clients’ ability to live full and vital lives. I’ve worked with many populations and age ranges, adjusting care based on the developmental needs and challenges each client has faced. Finding a counselor can be an intimidating process.
