Currently accepting new clients in OH. Emotional discomfort should be guiding, not debilitating. Sometimes we spend so much energy accommodating the people around us, we forget to ask, "what do I want?" I most enjoy working with clients who are unlearning patterns of people-pleasing, want to get unstuck from from frustrating cycles, and escape common pitfalls when trying to cultivate a healthy and secure lifestyle. I strongly believe that all aspects of our life are improved when we learn to reject the mold and lead our most authentic lives. I offer an integrative, warm, and personable approach to therapy because I believe that every journey is unique, and that you are the expert on you. I take great care in making sure you feel heard and my speciality areas include identity development (LGBTQ2S+, disabilities, etc.), relationship concerns, trauma, and neurodivergence.
