I believe that every person is unique and deserves personalized therapy. I have experience working with people who have varying backgrounds and experiences. In my career, I have worked with people of all ages, up to and including 90 plus years old. I use a variety of different modalities, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, DBT, Insight Oriented Therapy, Reality Oriented Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Psychoeducation, Skill Building, and Life Review Therapy, just to name a few.
