I am a licensed masters social worker in the state of Michigan. Have you been in crisis mode for too long? Are you weary from the weight of your responsibilities? I am here to come along side you and help you find clarity and build resilience. I offer a unique perspective and approach combining more than 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals and families; training in attachment and the impact of our attachment relationships across the lifespan; the relational neurosciences; holistic nutrition; and healing the effects of chronic stress, loss and trauma.

In addition to being a therapist, I am also an adoptee, step-parent and adoptive parent, and am therefore well-acquainted with the challenges that many individuals and families face in building and repairing relationships. I also know that human beings are naturally hard-wired for connection, which is why strong, healthy relationships are our greatest resources for healing and profound change.
