Hi, my name is Jeremy Sinkinson and I am an LMFT #93476. I work with parents, children, and individuals in a family context. My approach I use telehealth so I am primarily talk based, but I do offer coaching, experiential exercises, and homework. I would like to build a foundation for you to have a mental health routine that works for you. My focus I work with parents, children, and individuals. Parent-child interactions are my bread and butter. My communication style I am supportive and work to help clients feel that their voice is heard in the session. I make sure I understand how you feel and know what you want. My journey to therapy I have always been curious and interested in the mental well-being of myself and others. I have learned that listening to people's inner voices is the best avenue to meaningful change. My goals for you Goal setting can be important if you want to maintain gains and create self-care routines. Goal setting is client-centered. My first session with you Clients should expect the first session to understand the problems that brought you to therapy.
