Hello. My name is Jeremy Adversalo, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon. As a counselor for over 10 years, I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief / loss, and challenging life transitions.

I'm trained cognitive-behavioral therapy, and over the years, I've incorporated mindfulness-based techniques into my practice. Furthermore, I believe counseling is a collaborative process, and tailoring treatment that best fits my clients' needs is at the heart of my approach. Through this collaborative process, we will work together to identify your own personal goals and discover ways to overcome challenges and enhance your life.

It's an absolute privilege to help people, and I'm grateful for their courage and trust. Mental health counseling can sometimes feel scary, and I will make every effort to ensure a comfortable, compassionate, respectful, and inviting space for my clients.
