Jeremy has a Master's degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland. Jeremy has two years of experience working with a wide range of ages, from adolescents to older adults who come from diverse backgrounds across New York. Jeremy employs various therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based stress reduction, somatic therapy and solutions based approaches. Jeremy prioritizes building a swift and strong foundation of trust. His experience encompasses working with diverse mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, those experiencing grief, and trauma. Jeremy's approach involves meeting clients where they are emotionally and mentally and fostering a judgment-free zone to ensure clients feel comfortable and heard. Jeremy strives to create an atmosphere that allows clients to feel secure in their treatment and values working collaboratively with clients to work towards their goals for therapy.
