Welcome! My name is Jeremy Martin and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over eight years of counseling experience working with individuals of all ages and from many different backgrounds. I am a compassionate, empathic therapist, and I would like to create a therapeutic connection with you so you can live a happier, more tranquil, and fulfilling life. I have a strong background and training in treating anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma. I use a person-centered approach based on trust while helping shine light on areas of your life where you need guidance. I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), family/systems therapy, and expressive art therapy in my practice.
