I am licensed in Texas with 12 + years of professional work experience. I believe that you are the author of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am an outcome oriented therapist and I believe very strongly that you should expect results from our work together. You are the expert on "you" and I am an expert on how to elicit change and move towards a more healthy and functional life. I put the person before the problem and I pride myself in being effective, non-judgmental, and affirming. I have a tremendous amount of life experience and experience in the helping professions.
