About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist in residential and outpatient services alike. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including military and sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues.

I am not the type of therapist that will sit on a couch and make you talk to yourself. I believe in therapy as an interactive and dynamic relationship that uses your strengths to develop even more. My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing. Our work together will be a partnership where you are the expert in your life and I can be a guide for anything you might want to find.

My hope is that our work together will help you find strength you didn't know you had in a therapeutic relationship that is fun, fulfilling, and engaging.
