I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Orleans for almost 10 years. I have a lot of experience with helping clients who are coping with addictions, persistent mental illnesses (like bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety and psychosis) & compassion fatigue. Though I have worked with hundreds of clients in my career, I am always fascinated with the special characteristics that make up each individual person and sincerely enjoy helping each person accomplish their own unique goals in their own unique ways. Change can be hard and scary sometimes, but it can also be so rewarding, and I am honored to help in whatever way you need me to do so - whether that is serving as a pair of ears to hear your story or your struggles, acting as a sounding board to help you overcome an obstacle, brainstorming different solutions with you, or sometimes just providing a little encouragement. I truly believe that YOU possess the power and ability to accomplish your goals, and it's my job to help you harness that power.
