Your mental health impacts you in so many ways on so many levels that some do not even realize. Part of living a balanced life is making sure your mental health is stable and healthy. One of the benefits in counseling are you being able to talk to someone who is willing to understand you and be a space where you can be authentic without judgement. One can also gain the opportunity to find purpose in their life and become the best version of themselves. If you are struggling in life with issues ranging from but not limited to: low self-esteem, sport performance, gender identity/orientation issues, substance abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, or family issues then you are the person for me. I have over four years of experience as a counselor after graduating from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2016. I am very client centered and focus on building a trusting relationship to set a solid foundation to build upon. What makes me great at what I do is life experiences, I may not have walked a mile in your shoes but I have walked the mile.
