Let me tell you a little more about me to see if I might be the right therapist for you. I have enjoyed working in the behavioral health field since 2004. I gained experience while working in outpatient community mental health and residential drug and alcohol treatment centers. I have been working in my private practice for the past 4 years. I am licensed in Oklahoma as both a Licensed Professional Counselor & a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor. I offer a holistic approach to therapy. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self- esteem/confidence, depression, trauma, and more. I believe that you are the expert of your story. Though you may not know it or feel it, you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
