I am a Licensed and Marriage Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience as a counselor and life coach. I am highly trained in working with trauma, depression, anxiety and transitional issues; I work with transitional age youth, adults and couples. I am trained in Trauma Focused- CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.
