Hello! My name is a Jenny and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey, New York, & Vermont! My specialties include supporting clients through anxiety, stress, and other powerful emotions that can sometimes be difficult to navigate alone. Much of my experience includes working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Coming to therapy can be one of the bravest things that you can do and you can be proud of taking this first step. I take pride in helping you feel at ease, safe, validated, and understood. I enjoy helping individuals find the motivation and strength they need to continue forward and I hope to be a part of your journey.
