I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maine. I have provided outpatient counseling services for four years. My practice has included working with children and adults who present with a variety of concerns including stress, anxiety, adjustment concerns, as well as concerns with focusing and impulsivity.

My therapy approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. My priority is to meet you where you are as we work together to help you meet your goals and to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
