Hey there! My name is Jenny and I have been a clinician for the last 7 years. I enjoy working with people who want to work towards their goals and assist them with discovering the best path for them. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, impulsivity, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience working with adults and teens who are having gender and or sexual identity issues.
My therapy style is compassionate, respectful, and honest. I believe that being honest and straight forward with people is the best way to support them in making the future that they want. I am here to support you in making changes you need to feel better. My approach is a combination of solution focused, strength based, and cognitive behavioral therapy. However each interaction is tailored to the person and their needs.
