I am a Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Texas and serving diverse populations over the past 10 years. I have experience working in outpatient and inpatient mental health settings. I provide individual and family counseling and I have provided group counseling for adults, children and adolescents. I offer my clients a holistic, client-centered approach to ensure my clients learn to provide a treatment that nourishes individual physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, motivational interviewing and EMDR. I ensure a safe, validating and empowering environment for each of my clients. My priority is to design a treatment plan for each of my clients that will suit their individual and specific needs. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, parenting problems, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia.
