I work with high functioning, high achieving clients who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, ASD and life transitions. It is my absolute joy to help people who have hit a wall in life find their authentic self and blossom into living fulfilling and meaningful lives. My goal is to help them blossom into living fulfilling and meaningful lives and release the fear of the unknown. What is your approach to therapy? I have taken an eclectic approach to navigating my clients through the process of creating home in themselves by using a combination of CBT, DBT, and somatic parts work primarily. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My clients finish therapy with a better understanding and acceptance of themselves. I give them the tools to regulate themselves so that they can move through life making decisions that are in align with their goals rather than feeling stuck in the past.
