Welcome all, my name is Jennifer. Have you found yourself feeling fatigued, stressed and/or overwhelmed? Are you feeling conflicted and/or confused? It takes much courage to work through the mental and/or emotional challenges we sometimes face. Through the use of narrative therapy, cognitive and solution focused techniques I work to see my clients experience an improved quality of life, relief of stressors, increased motivation and hope.
