I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in Southern Oregon with over 14 years experience working in the field of community metal health, crisis team intervention, mental health investigator, substance abuse counselor, trainer and facilitator of cognitive behavioral interventions in substance abuse, suicide prevention, co-founder of local suicide prevention coalition, board member for local mentoring program serving youth within my community.

I have worked with clients suffering from depression, suicidality, experiencing psychosis, youth and family, served both adolescent and adults suffering from a mental health crisis in Emergency Room settings, worked in foster care homes certified by the State of Oregon and DHS, correctional setting both adult and juvenile, personality disorders, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, death and dying, ageing and disabilities, and ADHD, schizophrenia, bi-polar disorders, dissociative identity disorder, and acute residential setting for severe mentally ill individuals, PTSD, childhood trauma, domestic violence victims/survivors, abandonment issues, and self-harm interventions, and safety planning with adults and adolescents, couples counseling, family counseling and private practice.

I am a client centered therapist, warm, empathetic, compassionate, and resourceful. I deliver therapeutic interventions with genuine warmth and friendliness, evidenced based practice, ethical approach, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile for those individuals I serve. Trauma informed care is my platform of which I serve individuals.
