I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York. I have 5 years of clinical experience and 10 years of customer service experience. Over the years, I've worked in various settings with a diverse population. I believe two important elements of successful therapy are a strong therapeutic alliance and cultural competence. Both at which I strive for. In having both of those, makes for a strong therapist-client relationship built on trust, familiarity, and openness. When those are in place, the clients are able to trust me and we're able to work together towards the client's success.

My style of therapy is a blend of using a strength-based approach that's therapist led. I work with you in making the self-work as a collaborative process that helps you to feel empowered in channeling your resilience to overcome the daily struggles. Also, I use styles, such as emotion-focused and system's therapy. I believe that each client has a different need and different style that meets their needs, in which I'm able to do with a non-judgemental approach. My goal is to help create a safe space for you to gain support and insight in effort to keep moving forward in life.

It's very brave and courageous to seek support to do the self-work. I know it's not always easy and sometimes overwhelming in where to start. By you reaching out in seeking support is the first step. I'm here to be with you every step of the way!
