Hello! My name is Jennifer and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC in Massachusetts with over 10 years’ experience working in the field of mental health and substance use disorders. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My experience also includes individual and group therapy and crosses over the lifespan including pediatric, adult and geriatric populations. I have worked with many clients who struggle with various challenges including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, eating disorders, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, cultural issues, dementia, Alzheimer’s, self-esteem, adjustment disorders, unemployment, LGBTQ, co-dependency and family issues. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing focusing on mindfulness, strength based and client centered approach as one size does not fit all.
