I am a licensed mental health counselor and qualified supervisor with 30 years of professional behavioral health experience. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, with adults, teens, and children, and have provided mental health and substance abuse/addiction treatment. I have also worked in administrative roles; managing programs, developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, and have developed and evaluated new programs. As a result of my extensive experience, I understand the importance of and am here to offer you easy access to therapy that I will tailor based on your unique story and needs. I have been trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma resolution therapies.

My approach is strength-based and client-centered. I come with no judgments nor assumptions because each person has their own unique life and experiences. And so, I will rely on you to give me as much information with which you are comfortable sharing about any problems, difficulties, hopes, and goals that you have so that I can best support you!
