I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of counseling experience. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress and relationship issues. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and client centered counseling; in other words, my focus is on you and how best to help you.
