Hello, I want to start by saying you are taking the first step on the path to support, understanding, and stability.

My name is Jen Tenbrook. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I graduated from Cleveland State University with my MSW in 2015. I started my career as a home based therapist. During this time, I met with individuals/families where they were comfortable (home or somewhere in the community). I would work with individual family members and have sessions with all family members. Individual sessions addressed depression, anxiety, anger management, stress, and more. Family sessions addressed conflict, communication, and more. I am currently a medical social worker and cover Cardiology, GI, and Orthopedic patients. Some of the issues I address in this field are coping with life changes, grief, stress, and more.

I believe there are different challenges throughout our lifetime and growth is always possible. Some situations may be more difficult to overcome and I would be happy to help you navigate through that challenge.

The basis of my approach is client centered and solution focused. I strive to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion.
