I work with individuals from a wide diverse background and challenges. These challenges may consist of, but not limited to, Major Depression Disorder, developmental and behavioral childhood/adolescent issues, students in need of academic guidance and success, childhood grief and trauma, ADHD, Autism, Family Issues, Substance Abuse, Vocational Guidance and more.

The primary therapeutic techniques that was implemented was Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Impulse Control. The population I work with includes children, adolescents, women and men. A comprehensive clinical assessment is completed before treatment is rendered. I use the DSM-5 to give a diagnosis and create a tailored treatment plan specific for the identified client. Communicating with the client and or family member the client’s clinical diagnosis for every client to ensure they understand the interventions being used during their sessions. I network with other health professional in the surrounding area to help serve the client to meet their specific person-centered goals.
