I am an LPC and have been practicing therapy for 10 years. I use a holistic approach, which includes looking at your lifestyle in addition to the initial reason you sought out therapy. I look at the whole picture and guide you towards living your best life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my main modality, and I also include other modalities in an eclectic approach to best fit the needs of my clients. In addition to my clinical background, I am also a certified Reiki master. Although I may not incorporate Reiki healing into our sessions, I have a broad knowledge of the chakra system and can analyze what may be going on within you energetically. I would consider it a privilege and an honor to be part of your healing journey.
