Hello! My name is Jennifer Seekins and I have been in the field of counseling in Texas for 15 years. I have primarily served as a certified school counselor, but I am an LPC. I have experience working with teens and families through adolescent and family trauma. Recently, I celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary and I have two teenage children. My passion is helping people experience greater heath and wellness - physically, mentally, and emotionally! Let me come alongside you to help you; develop greater relationships with your spouse or family, struggle through raising kids, gain a healthier body and set life goals.
