Jennifer deNeergaard is a licensed clinical social worker. Jennifer has been working on her calling as a LCSW since 2005 striving to provide a safe and trusting environment to guide clients to achieve their goals. Clients go to Jennifer seeking a provider who creates a safe space where they feel comfortable to share their thoughts and feelings. In her sessions, she assists her clients with managing their stress, dealing with anxiety and depression, and helping them develop healthy coping skills to improve their lives. Together, you can develop coping skills to replace feelings of anxiety with feelings of stability and peace of mind. Jennifer specializes in adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She also treats those experiencing maladaptive coping skills, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, stress, divorce, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, and mood disorders. She treats clients ages 12 - 65 utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative, Person Centered, Solution Focused, Critical Thinking Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys cooking, shopping, exercising, gardening, meditating, and playing with 8 chickens and a dog.
