Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Minnesota. I received my Master of Arts degree in marriage and family therapy from Argosy University, and my Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the College of St. Benedict/St. John's University. I have 6+ years of clinical experience, working in a variety of settings. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, who are experiencing a variety of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family concerns, personality disorders, pedophilic/paraphilic disorders, and those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I work from a systemic and relationship-based perspective, utilizing a variety of techniques in order to assist others in identifying meaningful relationships and goals for their lives. I am driven to learn from others and to provide a supportive environment where people can come to uncover or rediscover their strengths and unique contributions to our community, and to develop goals to help assist in making meaningful and lasting change. I do my very best to foster a counseling environment that is warm, interactive, non-judgmental, and is a safe place to share what is truly on one's mind and heart. I believe in treating everyone with respect, honesty, empathy, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I will shape our conversation and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I believe it truly takes courage and bravery to reach out and ask for help when you're struggling, to take steps towards a more happy and fulfilling life, and to take steps towards making meaningful change.
