My experience is partnering with teens and adults to heal from and grow through all that life presents. My goal is to meet you where you are and harness your unique abilities, knowledge of self, and resources to improve your quality of life. We will establish your therapeutic and personal goals with your participation and feedback. We will identify your areas of strength, which will serve as a foundation for success, and we will identify and strengthen those areas that need reinforcement. A trusting and cohesive relationship between therapist and client is essential in the therapeutic process. I use strengths-based, culturally-competent, trauma-informed approaches within this relationship that promote healing, growth, and empowerment.
