Our work together will offer insight into past relationships and experiences which may be influencing the present, and provide you tangible coping skills to help in moving beyond where you find yourself currently.

I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Pia Mellody's Post Induction Therapy. I have extensive experience treating older adolescents and adults coping with a variety of emotional struggles such as anxiety, trauma and PTSD, depression, and relationship issues.

The foundation of successful treatment is a therapeutic relationship based on trust, responsiveness, and understanding. People are more than their problems and no one approach works for all. I listen and learn about each client to fully understand the context of their lives in order to determine how best to help. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
