Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW) in Connecticut. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Western Connecticut State University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and a dual master's Degree in Business Administration from Sacred University, and a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University; she is also currently pursuing her Doctorate at Simmons University. She utilizes evidence-based therapy models like Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to help patients overcome complex life challenges, whether it's anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. Furthermore, she is also Certified as a Financial Social Work Counselor and works with patients experiencing financial problems/stress, Jennifer brings vast experience and has a vibrant and holistic approach to psychological wellness, viewing people within the context of their whole lives. She works collaboratively with clients in helping them to feel more empowered in their lives by encouraging clients to cultivate a genuine and authentic approach to life.
