"Every new day is another chance to change your life." I offer a collaborative and therapeutic counseling approach with my clients in order to help them work through their problems, discover their strengths, and work on meeting goals. I provide a nonjudgmental and respectful environment in order for my clients to feel safe in sharing their feelings and thoughts in each session. As a counselor, I have experience in working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families with numerous types of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, marital problems, divorce, grief, and behavioral problems.
