Hello! I am so happy you here and taking the steps to find ways to take care of you! I know that is a giant first step!

My name is Jennifer Puglia, and I am an independently licensed clinical counselor in the state of Ohio, and have been counseling field for over 20 years. My counseling style is very client centered as I believe you are the expert on yourself! I engage in a collaborative approach, and meet you where you are, to walk the path along side you to your mental well being.

I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Trauma Informed Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy and interventions. We can plan together to see which treatment methods are best for you. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and adjustment issues, due to the many changes in life and daily obstacles we face. My approach has been described as warm, compassionate, and authentic, and I will always work to get you to where you want to go.
