There are times in all of our lives when we find ourselves in a season of darkness. We are suddenly facing grief, loss, anxiety, depression, or just a general sense of pure emotional exhaustion. My mission is to walk with people through these seasons and give them back the sense of hope that has been stolen by life's circumstances.

Counseling has been my passion and calling for about 10 years. I received my Master's degree in Professional Counseling in 2011 and my counseling license for Virginia in 2014. I have been married for 16 years and have 2 children (both with various special needs) and a dog. As a therapist, I meet clients where they are and help to identify the source of their current symptoms. My goal is to be a support and to help you develop skills and different ways of thinking. I believe that you can overcome whatever struggle you are dealing with if you have the desire to change and the right skills and resources to help you move forward.
